Pocket-Jongg 2009 is the latest Installment of Pocket-Jongg (V6) and new twist on an old classic Mahjongg style game. Unique rules, that the player has to discover first, will keep you up all night. The game also features several different multi-player options for parties using one XBox 360 or Live play. Unlock new levels in the Campaign Mode and find out, what else you can do...are the single player modes "really" single player?

New in Pocket-Jongg 2009 (V6.0) (XBox Version)

• Play Pocket-Jongg in on your XBbox 360. This latest version of Pocket-Jongg has been redesigned and optimized for the XBox 360. It has many cool features such as:
  • Up to four player on a single XBox or via System Link with up to four connected Xboxes
  • New redesign TileSets showing the graphic capabilities of the XBox
  • Start a game as single player and have your friends grab a gamepad and join in!
• Three Multiplayer Modes! While the older versions of Pocket-Jongg were targeted at single player fun, Pocket-Jongg 2009 was especially redesigned for party play, multiplayer over the internet and Sytemlink.  Additionally to the traditional "Round Robin" multiplayer mode, we added two new modes:
  • Deathmatch: Up to four players try to find matches at the same time, you can "steal" selection, collide with other players and always try to beat your opponents to the match.
  • The Chase!: One player is "IT". he has to chase the other players and tag them to be able to match tiles. Only players that are not "IT" can match tiles. This game is so much fun, you forget what the game was all about:)
• Desktop PC Version coming soon...: We are working on the final bits of the Desktop PC version and will release it shortly...stay tuned!

How can I get Pocket-Jongg 2009?

Pocket-Jongg 2009 for the XBox is exclusively available in the Community Section of the XBox Live Dashboard. You can get a free trial version there and get the full game from within the XBox 360 Dashboard.

New in Version 5.0 (3D Version)

• Play Pocket-Jongg in 3D. The latest Pocket-PC devices such as the iMate Jasjar, the T-Mobile MDA Pro or the Windows Mobile 5 Image for the Dell Axium x50v present great platforms for 3D games. Pocket-Jongg is one of the first games utilizing the power of these devices.
• Demo Version available! One caveat of 3D is that your device need to support 3D acceleration for a smooth gameplay. For this reason we made a Demo version available for you to test if your device can run Pocket-Jongg 3D.V5. Check with Handango or www.Pocket-Jongg.com to download the free version. The demo version allows you to play Pocket-Jongg 3D.V5 for 3 minutes with all features enabled.
• Pocket-Jongg 3D.V5 requires the new version of .NET Compact Framework 2.0.

New in Version 4.2

• Multiplayer is back...but with a twist. This new version of Pocket-Jongg allows you to play with as many players as you like. All players play on the same layout at the same time! Who ever is faster wins the most points. Multiplayer works great on your local network or in public places.
• New rules! In the past the time you had for a level was reset with each new level. Now you only get a certain amount of seconds additionally to the seconds remaining from the previous level. Therefore if you are not fast enough, your time will run out.
• Full support for Windows Mobile Version 5.0. Pocket-Jongg V4.2 has achieved the Windows Mobile Version 5.0 Logo Compliance. You can play Pocket-Jongg V4.2 on all devices that ship with .NET Compact Framework. To see if your device is compatible with Pocket-Jongg visit our Device Wizard (The "Click to get Pocket-Jongg" button).
• New visual scoring. When you remove tiles you will now see the points you get for every move.

Features since Version 4.0

• Full support for Pocket PC 2003 and Smartphone 2003 using the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework
• Download new TileSets from the Internet directly from within your game. If a new TileSet is available you can find it easily in the Options Dialog of Pocket-Jongg. After downloading play with the new TileSet even if you are not connected to the Internet.
• Play with your own pictures as the background or even as your TileSet! Pocket-Jongg 4.0 can use your local pictures as background or even as TileSet pictures. Try to solve a Pocket-Jongg level with a picture of your kids or pets!

• New and improved Online Score Management. With a simple click you can register for online score management. Compare your scores against other players. No account sign-up necessary!

• Play it with the Keyboard, the Swivel Key or the touch panel on Pocket PC. What ever input method you prefer - Pocket-Jongg supports them all.
• Great animations provide extra fun
• Cool sounds add special effects to the game. Don't panic! You can turn them off:-)
